Coach Nick Niesielowski, also known as Coach Ski, is preparing for his first year as the head wrestling coach at the “Big Red” GHS. He is coming from a wrestling background from both Gilmer High School and Anderson University. At Gilmer, he placed several times at the state tournament, placing second his senior year. After wrestling at Anderson, he coached at Jefferson City Schools for a year where he helped Jefferson obtain a first place finish at the state tournament both at the middle school and high school level.

Coach Ski couldn’t be doing it all without the help of Coach Brant Glover, Sr.:
Coach Glover is a former resident of Illinois who relocated to Gainesville, GA with his wife of 30 years and biggest supporter, Anita, and their three sons. He is currently serving as an assistant coach at Gainesville High where he has trained numerous state champions and place-winners at the state level. In addition, his has coached a team that placed 5th in the nation. He is a proud father of Jonathan, Brant, Jr., a Furman graduate, and Aaron, who is currently wrestling and studying at Duke University. Both Aaron and Brant, Jr. were state champions and scholars at Gainesville High School
